These associates provide their own established expertise, and are called upon, or call on us, to utilise our relevant skills and resources in the right place at the right time. In this way we are all able to respond appropriately to a Client's needs without diluting our own expertise base. This way of working avoids having to maintain costly engineering skills and overhead structures when these are outside our main activities, and the net result is a more effective and economic service to the Client.
